Although the Midwest still leads the country with the most indoor water parks (due in large part to the huge popularity of water parks in the Wisconsin Dells, the Northeast continues to add indoor waterparks and hotels with indoor water parks all across the region.
Pennsylvania leads the rest of the Northeast states with five indoor water park resorts and hotels already in full operation. The state of New York is very proud of their new offering, the Great Escape Lodge and Resort in Lake George, featuring 38,000 sq. ft. of pure unadulterated water fun! Another four indoor water parks in the Northeast region are proposed or currently under development.
